About the Film:

Whispers of the Wind follows the history of the 1940's aircraft the "Beach City Baby" as it served as a parachute transport in WWII, the Ohio Governor's plane "Buckeye One" through the 50's, 60's, and 70's, and finally its restoration.

This film was used to garner over $300,000 worth of in-kind donations enabling the non-profit Vintage Wings to restore the aircraft to flying condition. Restorations are ongoing and Beach City Baby will eventually be restored to original condition as a flying museum.
